Solution Overview

By using 3D vision to rapidly correct the position and orientation of the target workpiece, high-precision deburring and cycle speed are achieved simultaneously.
The workpiece position recognition accuracy is ±0.1 mm or less (excluding robot accuracy).

Two robots working together

Deburring and welding using VT

VT (Visual Teach) allows for the batch conversion of taught teaching points and motion paths to match the workpiece. Generally, deburring and welding processes often involve complex teaching information, so introducing VT enables process automation without having to worry about the workpiece’s position and orientation.
